throw in a bunch of fresh basil and this sauce is soooo good!
INGREDIENTS
- 1 14.5 oz. can diced tomatoes
- 1 small can tomato paste
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
- Pinch of crushed red pepper
DIRECTIONS
- Combine all ingredients in food processor or blender and blend until desired consistency. I leave mine slightly chunky. You can adjust the seasonings to taste. This recipe is open to interpretation. Use what you like and it will be delicious.
